Dry-Running Protection: This unique feature shuts down the pump if it detects water shortage. Every SQFlex pump comes standard with this sensor pre-installed, protecting the well from being over-pumped and the pump from damage.

Helical Rotor Pump (3"): Designed to pump high levels very efficiently, these models allow pumping levels as deep as 820 ft. The 3 in. diameter allows the pump to go in installations where others can't.

Centrifugal Pump (4"): Based on Grundfos' 40 years of experience in submersible pumps, these models are capable of providing high flows, up to 80 gal/min, at moderate heads.

Materials: All Stainless steel for long pump life.

Motor: Only one motor size covers the entire pump range. Designed for peak efficiency and complete reliability, the motor features integrated electronics, eliminating the need for complicated external controls.

Motor Protection: Built in protections against over-temperature, overload, and over and under-voltage for reliability, as well as two-way communication with a control box to alert you in case there's a problem.

Any Voltage: The motor can operate under any voltage from 30 - 300 VDC and 90 - 240 VAC without additional controls, making sizing and installation easy, even as a retrofit to existing installations. AC power capabilities mean every SQFlex pump has the ability to use an AC generator for backup power.

Connection of the MSF motor to the power supply must  be done according to the wiring diagram shown below. As the intelligent motor electronics can handle both connection possibilities, it makes no difference how the wires "+" and "–" or "N" and L" are connected

Superior Pump Mike (North Central Nebraska) 11/9/2018 9:49 AM Just purchasing my 4th 11SQF pump. I've run my oldest one since 2013 with out one hiccup and that's one I set up as a portable unit. Over the course of a year, it gets pulled and moved to at least 3 different stock wells. Pumps plenty of water for 300+ cows, assuming you have enough stock tank storage. There are times when we don't get enough daylight hours in the winter and I've hooked up the pump to my generator at 110 volts...only takes a couple hours to fill an 11' tank. I have 2 with controllers and one set up on a float but have since just used 110v plugs to turn them on and off (never do that with a Lorentz). The final advantage to these pumps is that they will fit down an old 3" stock well just fine--can't do that with any other solar pump on the market that I know of. They won't pump quite as much water as a Lorentz at peak time but over the course of a day, they will actually pump more because of their variable voltage allowing them to run on less sunlight earlier in the morning, later in the evening, and overcast days.
